ACTSA is committed to ensuring that the personal information provided by all of our donors, including personal information attained through our website, is treated with respect, kept confidential, and used solely for the purpose for which it was supplied. Outlined below is our policy regarding the protection of donor and visitor information.
Security of Personal Information
ACTSA endeavours to ensure the security of personal information and to protect against any loss or misuse of any such information while in our care. All information provided when making an online donation is stored in a secure environment. We request personal information for the purposes of writing to you following your gift and should any problems arise in respect of processing or acknowledging your gift. If contract service providers are used to complete the donation process, they are bound by our security policy and may not divulge your information to any other party.
Sharing of Information
ACTSA annually exchanges names and addresses of donors with similar nonprofit organizations. All donors, including donors via the website, are asked if they wish to opt out of this program. If you would like to request that ACTSA exclude you permanently from the program and never share your name and address with other organizations, please e-mail the address below.

Like most websites, ACTSA may place a ?cookie? on the visitor?s computer. We use cookies to track website usage and to generate statistical information. We do not exchange cookies with other organizations.
